Methods of Collecting User Info

  1. Native Forms (Engage and Growth Plans)
    Data from native forms are captured right inside ScreenSpace. View captured leads and segment their engagement data all inside ScreenSpace.

  2. Native Forms + Integrations (Growth Plans)
    Extend your native forms by connecting them with HubSpot, Salesforce, Marketo, or Account Engagement (Pardot).

  3. Embedded Forms (Engage and Growth Plans)
    You can embed your own external form within ScreenSpace (Engage and Growth plans). However, data entered through third-party forms cannot be captured or used by ScreenSpace.

  4. External Forms
    You can have your Stories link out to existing lead capture forms or booking links.

When to Capture a Lead

Lead Forms can be integrated at various points in your Story to optimize lead capture and engagement:

  1. Beginning (to gate the Story): Capture leads upfront, ensuring you gather information before they view your content.
