Welcome to the guide for creating and using Native Forms in ScreenSpace. Native Forms allow you to capture leads directly within your Stories, seamlessly integrating with your sales and marketing workflows.

How to Create a Native Form

Creating a native form is simple and can be done through the Form Creator page inside your Workspace settings.

Steps to Create a Native Form:

  1. Access Form Creator: Navigate to Workspace settings and select Form Creator.

  2. Select or Create a New Form: Start by naming your form for easy identification.

  3. Select Integration (Optional): Choose to integrate with: HubSpot, Salesforce, Marketo, or Account Engagement. How to set up integrations

  4. Select Desired Fields: Choose from Email, First Name, Last Name, Phone, Company or create your own Custom field. Optionally require visitors to accept your Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy upon submission.

How to Integrate Your Form

Forms can be integrated at various points in your Story to optimize lead capture and engagement.

Steps to Integrate Your Form:

  1. Create a Form Scene: Add a Form Scene to your Story.

  2. Access Form Settings: Select Form Options from the Tools.

  3. Select Your Form: Choose your new form from the dropdown.

  4. Customize Form Design: Customize the appearance of your form.

    • Container: Set container visibility

    • Background Color: Set a background color for the form

    • Border: Customize border color and size

    • Shadow: Adjust shadow visibility, size, and color

  5. Set Form Action:

    • Open an external link (e.g., scheduling link, website, video). Include variables in the link URL to pass form data to your destination link.

    • Jump to another scene (e.g., confirmation page, gated content).

  6. Test the Form: Submit the form while inside the editor to ensure it functions correctly.
