Integrate ScreenSpace with Salesforce to streamline lead management by automatically creating or updating leads in your Salesforce database. This integration ensures that your sales team has access to up-to-date lead information, enabling more effective tracking and follow-up.

Connect Salesforce to Your Workspace

ScreenSpace uses OAuth to securely connect your workspace with a Salesforce account.

  1. Navigate to the Integrations Setup page inside your workspace settings

  2. Click the Toggle for Salesforce

  3. Click Connect in the pop-up

  4. Sign in to your Salesforce Account (if not already signed in)

Boom! You're now ready to send leads to your Salesforce account.

Link Salesforce to a ScreenSpace Form

Creating a native form is simple and can be done through the Form Creator page inside your Workspace settings.

  1. Create a new ScreenSpace form and select Salesforce as the connected integration.

  2. Select whether you want to Create New Leads, Update Existing Leads or both.

    1. Create New Leads: This will create new Leads using form data, even if the Lead already exists in your Salesforce account

    2. Update Existing Leads from: This will update existing Leads using form data. It is recommended to have both activated to avoid creating duplicating leads.

  3. Map the ScreenSpace fields (on the left) with your Salesforce fields (on the right).

  4. Click Save to save your form

  5. Test your integration by submitting your form right inside the Story's Visual Designer and then view your most recent leads in Salesforce.

What Happens When a Salesforce Form is Submitted

  • ScreenSpace sends last name (required), company (required) and mapped fields to Salesforce.

  • Leads are identifiable by the property Lead Source: ScreenSpace.

  • The Lead's Custom Fields are updated accordingly.

How to Use Lead & Engagement Data Inside Salesforce

View Engagement Data in Lead Records: Gain detailed insights into lead interactions with your Stories, allowing for more personalized follow-ups and effective engagement strategies.

  1. Navigate to Object Manager → Lead → Page View inside your Salesforce settings.

  2. Create a new Section called ScreenSpace Story Engagement

  3. Search ScreenSpace in the Quick Find field and drag each ScreenSpace field into the new section.

  4. Click Save

Create Custom Dashboards: Create a relevant Dashboard by filtering the data with the ScreenSpace Fields. Learn more.

Trigger Flows: You can also use engagement data in flows to better qualify and route leads.

Connecting Salesforce with ScreenSpace empowers your sales teams with actionable insights ensuring efficient lead management and enhanced engagement.
