Viewing Story Insights
The Insights Hub offers multiple views to help you analyze engagement data effectively:
Overview
This view summarizes trends in audience engagement across all Stories. Assess overall performance, identify changes over time, and compare engagement between Stories.
Story View
Click on any Story in the Insights Hub sidebar, and you're in the Story View. Here, you can analyze engagement data for each individual Story, and the Scenes within them. Identify drop-off points and spot hot features at a glance. For Growth customers, you can segment your analytics by Share Link to view account-level engagement.
Scene View
View engagement down to individual StoryPoints by clicking on any Scene. Compare performance between specific StoryPoints and uncover detailed user interactions. Requires a Growth or Engage plan.
