Preview Links offer a live view your Story – identical to the Visual Designer, but with the tools hidden. Requiring login access, they always show the latest version, making them ideal for internal reviews and feedback. This ensures secure, up-to-date, and controlled access for team collaboration.
How to Access a Preview Link
There are two ways to access a Preview Link for your Story.
From the Stories Hub
Navigate to Your Story: Find the Story you want to share in the Stories Hub
Open the Menu: Click the
menu next to your Story's thumbnailView Preview Link: Click the
Preview buttonCopy Preview Link: Copy the URL
From the URL
Navigate to Your Story: Open the Story you want to share in the Visual Designer
Modify the URL: Replace “stories” with “preview” in the URL. The modified URL will look like this: https://app.screenspace.io/preview/STORY_ID.
