Share Links provide a full-screen, immersive experience, perfect for capturing attention and delivering your message effectively. These unique URLs direct your audience to a distraction-free presentation of your Story, making them ideal for social sharing, email campaigns, live demos, and trade shows.

How to Share your Story

Sharing your Story with ScreenSpace is quick and easy — follow this guide to get started.

  1. Navigate to Your Story: Open the Story you want to share.

  2. Launch the Share Modal: Click Share in the Toolbar on the right.

  3. Generate Primary Link: If your Story has not yet been published, click the Publish Story button to generate your Primary Link.

  4. Customize (Optional): Personalize the link with specific lead info, adjust the starting point, and set a custom preview title, description, and thumbnail for sharing on social.

  5. Share Your Link: Click Copy Link to copy your link to the clipboard and paste it wherever you like.

To quickly copy your Primary Link:

  1. Navigate to Your Story: Find the Story you want to share in the Stories Hub

  2. Open the Menu: Click the menu next to your Story's thumbnail

  3. Copy Share Link: Click the Share button

The Primary Link is the default Share Link for your Story and cannot be changed. Although it's the fastest way to share your Story, we recommend creating unique Share Links for each use-case or account so you can control access and segment analytics. Available on the Growth Plan.

How to Create a Share Link

Creating a Share Link is easy and allows you to personalize the content, segment analytics, and control access. Follow this guide to generate and customize your unique Share Link.

  1. Navigate to Your Story: Open the Story you want to share.

  2. Launch the Share Modal: Click Share in the Tool Bar on the right.

  3. Generate Share Link: Click the Plus button in the sidebar to generate a unique link. Note: Your Story must be Published before you can create a Share Link.

  4. Give it a Name: Give your Share Link a name to help identify it in your analytics

  5. Set the Link URL: Create a unique Share Link path to make it easier to remember and share. This unique URL can only be used once across your workspace.

  6. Customize (Optional): Personalize the link with specific lead info, adjust the starting point, and set a custom preview title, description, and thumbnail.

  7. Share Your Link: Click Copy Link to copy your link to the clipboard and paste it wherever you like.
