Before proceeding, please be sure you want to deactivate your account. Your account includes your personal account and all workspaces, assets, and Stories associated with it.

You can delete your account by navigating to the Workspace Settings and then clicking on Billing History.

Click on Deactivate Account.

This will open the in-app messenger with your request pre-entered. Click send to notify the ScreenSpace team who will complete the deletion process and send a confirmation to your email address.

Then log out of your account to clear any cache locally on your computer.

If you are unable to log in to your account, you may also send this request to team@screenspace.io from the email associated with the account.
