Getting started with ScreenSpace is easy. Follow these simple steps to create your account and begin your storytelling journey:

  1. Visit the ScreenSpace Website:

  2. Fill in Your Details:

    • Enter your email address and create a password.

    • Alternatively, sign up using your Google account for quicker access.

  3. Complete Setup:

    • Log in to your new ScreenSpace account.

    • Complete the Welcome flow to personalize your Workspace.

  4. Explore your Workspace:

  5. Verify Your Email (email sign-up only):

    • Email verification is required to publish Stories and extend access beyond 3 days

    • Check your inbox for a verification email from ScreenSpace.

    • Click on the verification link to activate your account.

Can I sign up using social media accounts?

Yes, you can sign up using Google SSO.

What should I do if I don’t receive the verification email?

Check your spam or junk folder. If you still don’t see it, contact our support team via Intercom or at team@screenspace.io. Note: Social media accounts do not require email verification.

What should I do if the verification link didn't work?

Contact our support team at team@screenspace.io.

What happens if I don't verify my email?

You will be unable to publish Stories. After 72hrs, access to the platform will be disabled until your email is verified

How do I change my password?

Visit app.screenspace.io to find the Forgot Password link on the login page.

How do I change my email?

Email ScreenSpace support at team@screenspace.io requesting to transfer your workspace to a new email address. You must email the team from the email address you wish to transition off of.

If you are a member of a workspace that you do not own, the owner must make a new request to have your account attached to their workspace.

How do I add Google SSO to an existing email/password account?

Register for a new account with the same email and password. You will be prompted with instructions on how to link your accounts.

How do I add email/password to an existing Google SSO account?

Register or login using the same email via Google SSO. Your accounts will automatically link.

Is there a free trial available?

Yes! Your workspace will start on our free Starter plan. When ready, you can upgrade to a 14-day free trial of the Growth Plan to explore premium features.
